Identifying and recognising underutilised skills

Skills Recognition processes can play a crucial role in identifying and recognising underutilised skills within an organisation. It can be used for matching skills for job sharing and other flexible work arrangements. Equitable job sharing arrangements and other flexible work arrangements offer employees better work-life balance option and assist employees manage work and personal obligations and roles. The offer of flexible working arrangements and job-person match are closely linked to workplace morale and worker wellness and hence job satisfaction, employee productivity and loyalty.
